江苏如皋人。江苏省仿生材料与装备重点实验室主任。第一届全国机器人工程专业教学委员会委员。国际仿生工程学会教育委员会委员。中国仪器仪表学会力触觉感知与交互专业委员会第一届常务委员。中国农业机械学会地面机器系统分会委员会委员。江苏省人工智能学会智能传感器与芯片专业委员会、机器人专业委员会委员。韩国建国大学人工肌肉研究中心博士后。2015.08-2016.08作为江苏省第八批科技镇长团成员挂职泰州市泰州港核心港区管委会副主任。
